I know. I’ve been posting an awful lot about food lately. I can’t help it, really. It’s this spring thing. It has people wanting to cookout. It has a ton more fruit at the grocery store. It’s begging me to cook up some super fun stuff. I gave in. And I’m better for it.
There’s no denying I love me some food bloggers. Seriously smart folks because they eat their content after the fact. I don’t cook enough to do this. But I have just one more teeny weeny recipe to share that I found on the interweb. Fruit Pizza.

My friend Emily brings this along with her at get togethers. But instead of bothering Emily, I took to the interweb for help. And thanks to Kraft and Philadelphia Cream Cheese, I made a very pretty dessert [recipe here].
However, I did not expect it take as long as it did. I’m bad at waiting for stuff. Real bad.
I’m not the best at waiting for cookies to cool before popping them into my mouth. And the whole refrigeration thing – torture. But once we cut into this bad dog and I consumed a slice, I was a happy clam. It’s fruity, light, sweet and perfect. And pretty. Fruit pizza is fantastico. I will be making this again.
I’ll just have to sit on my hands until we can slice the pie.
