I’ve met so many babies this year. So many friends that became moms for the first time (or second time). And I’m happy that I not only share the moments I capture with my camera with my friends, but I love the time we spend together when I do.
It’s only an hour or two but I love to see them with their new babies. The way the hold them, look at them, their conversations, the little strokes that are drawn on their little faces… it’s wonderful to see these women, these gals I’ve known for years, become mothers.
I visit to take pictures of small baby feet and smiling eyes. That’s my intention, my purpose, my gift. But I always become sidetracked. Always. I just can’t help myself… it’s not my fault they all have dogs. It is, however, my fault that I become distracted and follow the little furry creatures around with my lens. Four legs – they get me every time.
Rocky. My new BFF. He may be pint-sized but he won me over.

J. Smith - Clyde says he misses you. Bonnie says she’s willing to come around if Clyde says you’re cool.
katie o. - I understand why you heart him so much! How adorable!
Melanie - Rocky is a super cute pint sized pup isn’t he! He is always such a sweetie, I have followed him with my lens before as well :)
